Wheat Flour Selection:
There are various types of Wheat, and in INDOMIE we realize that well, so we care to use finest Syrian wheat Flour, which it's being sampled and examined daily in the factory professional laboratories which provided with high technology. After ensuring the quality of flour it’s sifted well to enter the production process

Dough Preparation
In this stage, Alkali solution (which is prepared from pure RO Water, Edible Salt, Carbonate, Guar Gum and B Vitamin B2) is added to Wheat Flour carefully to form the Dough in large industrial mixers. The dough prepared in the Factory is similar to that we are preparing at home

Dough Pressing
After preparing the Dough, we press it gradually by large press rolls to form thin sheet with no more than 1 mm thickness

Sheet Slitting (Cutting & waving)
The Sheets resulted from previous stage are cut into thin strands and then waved so it takes the shape of Indomie block the Instant Noodles

Steaming Process
Noodles strands are steamed with water steam (100ºC) to be cooked and gelatinized well and to take its characteristics and texture. This process is the first stage that makes INDOMIE instant cooked meal at your home.

Cutting & Folding Process
At this stage, Noodles waved strands are fold and cut in the form of block with specific weight.

Frying Process  
It’s the second stage that makes INDOMIE an instant meal served at your home besides it could be eaten as snack. Where in this process, noodles block are fried in pure and healthy and light palm oil, which is heated through steam, to ensure that each bite of Indomie will give you the delicious taste. After that, Noodles block are filtered from oil to pass through next cooling process.

Cooling Process
Noodles block are cooled by filtered fresh air to be ready for packing process

Quality Control
In Indomie, we are proud to have high developed techniques to control the quality starting from raw materials suppliers' selection according to our specifications and standards which we established to ensure and guarantee the safety of materials “from farm to fork”. Each hour and after each process, analysts and quality inspectors take samples to be tested chemically, physically, sensory & microbiologically to ensure the conformity of each meal to the highest international standards of food safety and quality.

Seasoning Addition & Packing Process
Here we add the sachets of seasonings (which packaged carefully and approved from SASO and Gulf organization for standardization and conform to CODEX Alimentarius), to noodles block and then we pack each meal under high levels of hygiene and sanitation.

Packaging & Storing Process
Indomie delicious meal has reached the final stages of its manufacturing to be packed in cartons and moved to the central warehouse which conform to food products storing hygiene and GMP standards
